• Decision Path Simulation: Simulates possible outcomes and impacts of decision options.
• Community Interaction Platform: A space for users to share experiences, discuss decisions, and learn from each other.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Services or any part thereof at any time without notice.

To use certain features of Fate, you need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and agree to update your information promptly.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you notice any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our Services. You may not:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fate and its directors, employees, partners, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business interruption, or any other damages.

Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the use of our Services, or $100, whichever is greater.

You may stop using our Services at any time. We may also terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time without notice, including but not limited to if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to access our Services will immediately cease. The Terms regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute resolution will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes related to these Terms should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, they should be submitted to the American Arbitration Association for arbitration according to its rules.
